The five questions shippers ask us most
Can we work with ST even if our volume is not huge?
Yes, we can start with a conversation. The key factors are product type, pallet count, SKU count, temperature, labeling needs and delivery destinations. If you are not ready to build your own warehouse or fleet, outsourcing warehousing and distribution often makes sense.
Can we start without an API or formal system integration?
Yes. Early operations can begin with standard SKU masters, outbound files and reconciliation data. Once volume stabilizes, we can evaluate ERP integration. The priority is getting receiving, inventory, outbound and POD running smoothly first.
Can ST handle warehouse-to-warehouse delivery, not retail stores?
Yes. Many shippers need factory-to-customer warehouse, ST warehouse-to-distributor warehouse, regional replenishment or appointed receiving point delivery. If it is B2B pallets, cartons, full-truck or shared-truck outbound, send us the items, pallet count, locations and frequency and we can evaluate it.
Are the three temperature zones truly separated?
Yes. Ambient, chilled (0–7 °C) and frozen (−18 °C or lower) each have their own refrigeration units, entry paths and logged temperature records — meeting GMP / HACCP audit conditions.
Do you work with Costco, Carrefour and other major retailers?
Yes. We're a long-term distribution partner for Taiwan's leading retailers. After the 2022 Carrefour warehouse event, ST took on distribution for 200+ Carrefour stores; since 2025 we've also been the designated distribution partner of a major Taiwan chain retailer.
