Inventory, Outbound and Proof-of-Delivery Visibility

WMS, TMS and ePOD are built into daily operations so shippers can track inventory, outbound status, store arrival and reconciliation data

Systems exist so shippers ask fewer follow-up questions

Shippers care about whether goods arrived, how much inventory remains, what shipped today, whether the store signed, and how month-end reconciliation works. We built WMS, TMS and ePOD into the warehousing and distribution flow so receiving, storage, picking, delivery and proof-of-delivery all leave records. When custom reports or integration are needed, we can work from your ERP, outbound files or retail reconciliation formats.

  • WMS + TMS + ePOD integrated into daily warehousing and distribution
  • Self-service shipper portal with real-time delivery confirmation
  • Can integrate with ERP, outbound files and retail reconciliation needs
  • Data hosted in Taiwan with full audit trail

WMS

Multi-site, multi-location, lot/expiry, cyclic counting and wave picking.

TMS + ePOD

Dispatch, route planning, arrival photos and electronic signature returned to WMS in real time — no paper.

Operations data support

Outbound records, inventory turnover and delivery data help plan slots, dispatch and replenishment rhythms.

Reconciliation & integration

Data exchange can be arranged around ERP, fixed outbound files, retail EDI and reconciliation formats.

Software FAQ

Rolling out a WMS — questions we answer

We already have an ERP — do we need a WMS too?

Yes. ERP handles books and orders; WMS handles physical operations. Different jobs. Our WMS syncs with your ERP on master data, inventory, orders and ePOD returns — it doesn't replace it.

Is my data safe?

Data center is in Taiwan with daily backup, offsite replication, role-based access and audit logs. Your data is only visible to your team and authorized operators — no cross-client sharing.

How long is rollout?

4–6 weeks typical: master data cleanup, API tests, sync validation, pilot, cut-over. Larger deployments or custom flows are scoped separately.

Can shippers check inventory and outbound status?

Yes. WMS and TMS workflows can provide inventory, inbound, outbound, delivery status, POD records and reconciliation data.

What data can ePOD include?

ePOD can include arrival time, delivery status, photos, timestamps, exception notes and signed delivery records depending on shipper and receiving requirements.

Is API integration required to start?

Not always. Smaller or early-stage workflows can begin with fixed forms, Excel, CSV or manual confirmation before ERP or order-system API integration is evaluated.
