Warehousing

Third-Party Warehousing

From ambient to frozen, from receiving to value-added — a 10,000+ pallet backbone that turns inventory into revenue leverage

Why outsource warehousing to ST Logistics

Building your own warehouse takes 2–3 years to break even. Outsourcing to a specialist 3PL gives you the same (often higher) operating standard under a single contract. Rooted in Yangmei since ST's 2010 logistics pivot, and expanded past 10,000 pallets after the 2022 Carrefour warehouse transition, we've grown from a single ambient warehouse into a multi-zone operation with WMS + ePOD visibility — saving each brand the risk and capex of going it alone.

  • 10,000+ ambient pallet slots, 300+ climate-controlled slots
  • Independent ambient / chilled / frozen zones — no cross-flow
  • Lot, expiry and FEFO tracked end to end
  • Meets client GMP / HACCP intake conditions

Three-zone climate control

Independent ambient, chilled (0–7 °C) and frozen (−18 °C or lower) areas; GMP / HACCP audit-ready.

Value-added processing

Gift bundling, relabeling, repacking and kitting — ready for promotional surges.

Inventory visibility

Real-time aging, lot/batch, expiry management at SKU level with auto-replenishment alerts.

Inbound / outbound QC

Photo evidence on arrival, physical count, discrepancy reports within 48 hours.

Temperature Zones

Three zones, independently operated

Each zone has its own refrigeration, its own flow, and its own temperature log — no contamination, no bottleneck.

Frozen−18 °C or lower

Warehousing FAQ

Three questions we hear before onboarding

Do chilled and frozen share a common path?

No. Ambient, chilled and frozen each have separate entry/exit paths, their own working area and their own refrigeration — built to meet food and medical intake standards.

Can you do kitting, relabeling and promotional bundling?

Yes. We have a dedicated VAS area and flexible staffing. Dual-label, seasonal packaging, gift bundles — all quoted with labor hours up front.

Can my clients come audit the warehouse?

Absolutely. We regularly host third-party audits and prepare on-site flow, temperature logs, SOP docs and GMP / HACCP checklists as needed.

How is Taoyuan warehousing priced?

Warehousing cost depends on pallet or carton volume, temperature zone, inbound and outbound frequency, labeling or rework needs, delivery scope and proof-of-delivery reporting. Share product type, storage condition, volume and destinations first.

Can factories or importers use only warehousing plus B2B delivery?

Yes. ST Logistics supports factories, importers, brands, distributors and B2B shippers with receiving, temporary storage, inventory handling, outbound delivery and POD reporting.

Can imported containers be received, stored and shipped in batches?

Yes. Goods can be received, counted, reported for exceptions, stored and shipped in batches to customer warehouses, distributors, retail DCs or marketplace warehouses.
