Logistics & Distribution

Factory outbound, warehouse-to-warehouse, retail DC, distributor warehouse and store delivery — pallets, cartons, 30-pallet full trucks and shared runs arranged by need

Why distribute through ST Logistics

B2B delivery is not only about retail stores. Many shippers need recurring outbound between factories, customer warehouses, distributor warehouses and regional warehouses. ST schedules 30-pallet full trucks, shared runs, long-haul trucks and pallet delivery by volume, route and receiving window. When retail channels are involved, we also understand the pallet specs, booking rules and receiving requirements.

  • Factory-to-warehouse, warehouse-to-warehouse, distributor replenishment, retail DC and store delivery can all be evaluated
  • 30-pallet full trucks, semi and flatbed trucks scaled by pallet count, carton count, route and receiving window
  • Next-day island-wide, half-day along northern freeway corridor
  • Electronic POD + live inventory and arrival status in WMS

Distribution FAQ

Shipping & fleet questions we answer often

Can I lock in a dedicated truck or time slot?

Yes. For peak campaigns (11.11, mid-autumn, lunar new year) book dedicated trucks 2 weeks ahead. Standard shipments can request half-day or full-day windows; our operations team recommends the most efficient load and route mix.

How do returns work?

Our WMS has a full returns flow — booking, inbound QC, sorting (good / damaged / scrap). Every step is logged and reconcilable.

Can ST handle around 30 pallets as a full-truck shipment?

Yes, it can be evaluated. Pallet count is only the first input; height, weight, origin, destination, dock conditions, appointments, multi-stop delivery and proof-of-delivery needs determine whether full truck, shared run or fixed-route delivery is the right fit.

How is warehouse-to-warehouse delivery different from parcel shipping?

Warehouse-to-warehouse delivery is B2B movement between factories, customer warehouses, retail DCs, distributors and platform warehouses. It focuses on pallet or carton freight, appointments, pallet rules, POD and reconciliation.

Can ST Logistics support retail DC delivery?

Yes. Shippers should provide receiving rules, appointment contacts, carton labels, expiry rules, pallet requirements and outbound data so delivery and POD can be planned correctly.

Can marketplace warehouse delivery be arranged regularly?

Yes. Recurring delivery to platform warehouses can be planned as fixed routes or warehouse-first outbound. Provide destination, volume, inbound windows, label requirements and POD needs.

How is fixed-route B2B delivery evaluated?

Fixed routes are evaluated by delivery area, number of stops, pallet/carton volume, vehicle type, appointment requirements and waiting time. They help stabilize cost, timing and POD reporting.
