From the 2010 logistics pivot to multi-temperature warehousing and AI-driven logistics.

In 2010, ST Logistics' managing director personally went back to the front line — driving, loading, making deliveries every day. Those months on the road made one thing clear: buy-and-sell profits come from price spreads, but the real, durable value in the supply chain comes from getting goods delivered — on time, intact — for the channels downstream.

On that observation, ST gradually shifted away from trading and into an integrated warehousing, logistics and distribution model. From one person and one van, we slowly built up the team, fleet and warehouse footprint that ST operates today.

In 2022, a major Carrefour warehouse fire reshaped the market overnight. Amid that disruption, ST Logistics took on distribution for over 200 Carrefour stores — not as a simple 'new account,' but as a decisive investment in warehousing, fleet, workforce and systems. To absorb the volume we expanded our warehouse footprint past 10,000 pallet slots. That year became the pivot from 'regional distribution provider' to full-scale 3PL operator.

From 2024 onward, ST's service footprint kept expanding: partnerships with leading cleaning brands, multinational medical-supply operations, and enterprise clients. In 2025, ST became the designated distribution partner of a major Taiwan chain retailer — with capacity now spanning food, consumer goods, cleaning, health, medical, 3C and home channels.

Today, ST operates WMS, TMS and ePOD end-to-end so shippers can track inventory, outbound shipments, store arrival and reconciliation records. Going forward, ST Logistics will keep focusing on stable storage, on-time delivery and clear reporting for Taiwanese brands.

    Shift from product trading to warehousing + distribution integration; team and fleet built out.

    Carrefour pivot & pallet expansion

    Took on 200+ Carrefour stores; expanded warehouse footprint past 10,000 pallets; stepped into full 3PL scale.

  4. 2024/04

    Multi-industry expansion

    Leading cleaning brands, multinational medical supplies, enterprise clients on-boarded.

  5. 2025/05

    Designated chain retailer partner

    Became the designated distribution partner of a major Taiwan chain retailer.

    Shipper visibility and POD reporting

    WMS / TMS / ePOD fully live; inventory, outbound, delivery and proof-of-delivery records become more transparent.
